What this notice covers

This notice describes how Interopify ("we", "us") handles information collected through this marketing website. It does not cover the Interopify platform itself, which is governed by the agreements we sign with customers — including, where applicable, business associate agreements covering protected health information.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, organization, phone number, and anything you write in your message.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers record standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running properly.

This website does not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare your quote or walkthrough.
• To follow up about your inquiry.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and then delete or anonymize them.
